Scheduled Maintenance Routine

  1. The original purchaser must maintain their vehicle per factory recommended maintenance schedule.

  2. Original purchaser must bring any vehicle on which the suspension was altered back to original dealer/warrantor (or an approved dealer by Route 66 staff if not local to Route 66 location) between 500 and 750 miles for a suspension check and re-torque on aftermarket components. This service is subject to a $50 fee and must be scheduled.

  3. The original purchaser must rotate and properly maintain their tires and wheels every 3,000-4,000 miles, said service will be complimentary up to 4 times inside of the 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty along with a suspension check at these mileage intervals.  It is suggested that the suspension checks continue for the same mileage intervals going forward to maintain proper workability and to uphold the manufacturer’s warranty.

  4. Original purchaser will receive an alignment sheet with the completion of their build and, if not received with delivery of vehicle, is responsible for requesting such paperwork from Warrantor. Additionally, it is the original purchaser’s responsibility to bring the vehicle back between 6,000 and 8,000 miles for an alignment check which is subject to an $89.95 fee.

Failure to follow the above outlined maintenance routine will void all warranty offered by the selling dealer/warrantor. Please refer to the listed websites below for information regarding the individual part’s manufacturer’s warranties on their products.
